Terms & Conditions
- Makeup done by Payal Shah or Rishika Shah as per availability.
- Bookings once done will not be cancelled/changed.
- No refund will be done under any circumstances.
- If there is any cancellation from our side, 100% refund shall be done.
- Half advance payment and deposit to be given at the time of booking; remaining payment to be done 45 days before the function.
- Accessories and hair extensions are to be returned in 72 hours post your function without any damage; any damage caused, it shall be deducted from the deposit. Full deposit shall be refunded in case of no damage situation.
- In case of any delay, appointments shall be carried out on first come first serve basis.
- Any kind of misbehaviour will not be tolerated, legal action can be taken.
- Clients are requested to come with a clean face. If not, makeup removal charges will be extra (500/-).
- All valuables like gold, etc are clients’ responsibility.
- Makeup trial charges for half face 2500/-.
